三、采购范围与要求
本次采购项目范围主要包括：
1）对外公路两侧与左、右岸边坡排水沟两侧杂草、树木清理与砍伐以及坝后量水堰周边杂草砍伐清理；
2）对外公路沿线排水沟、涵洞梳理；
3）年度雨季后新形成的塌方体的清理；
4）雨季保通抢险施工作业。

四、供应商资格要求
1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。
2）供应商近5年内具有类似公路施工或维护、建筑工程施工业绩经验。
3）本项目不接受联合体。

Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited intends to implement Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station Access Road Maintenance (including emergency maintenance in the rainy season) and Vegetation Clearing Project in 2022-2023 by way of public inquiry, thereby invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement.

3.Scope and Requirements of Procurement
The scope of this procurement project mainly includes: 1) Clearing and cutting of grass and trees on both sides of the access road and slope drains, as well as vegetation clearing around the water weir behind the dam,2) dredging of drainage ditches and culverts along the access road,3) Cleaning of landslide after rainy season;4) Emergency maintenance in rainy season. 4.Qualification of the Suppliers
1）The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy,and be capable of undertaking the project and performing the contract independently.
2）The supplier has the similar project experience of highway construction or maintenance, construction project construction in recent five years
3）Consortium is not accepted for this project.
