老挝南塔河1#水电站2022年安全生产保护与防护用品物资采购项目询价公告
老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司需采购一批电站安全生产保护与防护用品物资，本次采购采用公开询价方式，现诚邀符合要求的供应商参与报价，现将有关事项公告如下：
一、采购要求
本次采购一批电站安全生产保护与防护用品物资，包括数字式照度计、电磁辐射检测仪、推车式泡沫灭火器、安全帽等，具体采购要求见询价文件。
供应商负责有关物资的采购，并按照交货时间要求将物资运抵至老挝南塔河1#水电站（地址：博乔省帕乌冬县帕山村Phaxang Village, Phaoudom District, Bokeo Province）。
二、供应商资格要求
1.供应商应具有老挝人民民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格；没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。
2.供应商应具有履行本项目的供货能力。
三、采购文件获取
凡有意参加报价单位请于2022年 6月10日前到老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司万象办公室（地址：No. 416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital）或通过联系人邮件获取询价文件。
四、报价文件的递交

Invitation to Quote For safe-productionprotection and protective equipment and material of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station in 2022
Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited intends to purchase a batch of safe-production protection and protective equipment and material of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station, We use competitive public procurement method for this procurement project, thereby we invite all qualified suppliers to participate and submit quotation. Please read below for the detail of this procurement project:
I. Procurement requirement
The purchase of a batch of safe-production protection and protective equipment and material, mainly including Digital illuminometer, Wall-mounted noise meter, Trolley foam fire extinguisher and safety helmet etc., please refer to the inquiry document for specific requirements.
Supplier is required to procure relevant materials and promptly deliver the materials to Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station (at Phaxang Village, Phaoudom District, Bokeo Province)
II. Supplier Qualification
1. The supplier shall be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy,
2. The supplier shall have the supply ability to fulfill the project.
III. Inquiry Document Obtaining
The Inquiry document is available to all interested suppliers before 10 June 2022 at Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Co., Ltd Vientiane Office (Address: House No.416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital) or by making a request to the email listed in Contact Information.
IV. Quotation Submission
All interested supplier must submit the sealed quotation (with company stamp) to the address listed above or send the quotation by the email to procurement@nt1.net.cn not later than 10:00 on 15 June 2022.
