Scope and Requirements of Procurement
供应商负责电站低压空压机一批消耗性材料及消缺备件物资采购、运输、清报关并交货到老挝南塔河1号水电站现场。具体采购清单见采购文件。
The supplier is responsible for procurement, transportation, customs clearance and delivery of a batch of consumable materials and spare parts for low-pressure air compressors of power station to the site of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station in Laos，See procurement documents for specific procurement list.
IV. 供应商资格要求
Qualification of the Suppliers
1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。1）The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy.
2）供应商应具有履行本项目的供货能力。2）The supplier shall have the supply capacity to perform the project
3）单位负责人为同一个人的多个单位或控股与被控股单位，或管理与被管理单位不得同时参加投标。3）Multiple companies with the same person in charge or the holding and controlled companies or the management and managed companies shall not participate in the bidding at the same time.

1）采购文件获取时间：2023年1月19日至2023 年2月3日，每日上午8时30分至11时30分，下午14时至17时。1）Procurement documents available: 8:30-11:30 am, 2:00-5:00 pm from January 19 to 3 February 2023.
2）获取采购文件的地点：老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司万象办公室（地址：Villa No 2, House No. 416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital）或 老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司电厂营地办公楼2楼（地址：博乔省帕乌冬万利村）或通过邮件联系以下联系人获取。本采购文件免费发放。2）Place of collecting procurement documents: Vientiane Office of Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited（Address：Villa No 2, House No. 416/1, Unit 19, North Saphanthong Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital），or 2nd Floor, Campsite Office Building of Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited (Address：Village: Phasang, District: PhaOudom, Province: Bokeo) or by sending email to the contact persons listed below. The procurement document is free of charge.
