1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。2）供应商近5年应具有土建工程或水电工程施工业绩。3）本项目不接受联合体。

Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited intends to implement Slope railings-ladders anti-corrosive coating and spillway sluice chamber steel ladder rung reinforcement project by way of public inquiry, thereby invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement.

Slope railings-ladders anti-corrosive coating and spillway sluice chamber steel ladder rung reinforcement project of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station.

3、Scope and Requirements of Procurement
The construction scope of this project mainly includes: 1) Slope railings-ladders anti-corrosive coating on the left and right banks of the hydropower station; 2) Spillway sluice chamber steel ladder rung reinforcement. See the procurement documents for more information.
4、Qualification of the Suppliers
The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy., and be capable of undertaking the project and performing the contract independently.
The supplier shall have the construction performance of civil engineering or hydropower engineering in recent five years
Consortium is not accepted for this project.
