供应商负责22KV线路改造施工项目相关工作，主要范围包括：1）新立12米标准杆9根。包括立杆基础开挖、基础钢筋混凝土浇筑、新立杆间架空线安装含配套附件。2）新架空线与原杆架空线连接。3）对电杆横档涂刷防腐漆。4）终端杆跌落保险下移。5）营地变压器周边地面硬化。采购项目更多信息见采购文件。
供应商负责22KV线路改造施工项目相关工作，具体要求包括：1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态。具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。2）供应商近5年内应具有送变电工程施工或维护业绩。。3）本项目不接受联合体。

Procurement Announcement
Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited intends to implement 22kV transmission line renovation and construction project of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station by way of public inquiry, thereby invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement.

22kV transmission line renovation and construction project of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station

3、Scope and Requirements of Procurement
The supplier is responsible for the work related to the 22KV line renovation construction project, the scope of this procurement project mainly includes: 1) new erected of nine 12-meter standard poles, including pole foundation excavation, foundation reinforced concrete pouring, installation of new overhead lines between new erected poles with supporting accessories; 2) connection between new overhead lines and original pole overhead lines; 3) application of anticorrosive paint on electrical cross arm; 4) moving down drop fuse on terminal pole; 5) ground hardening around transformers in campsite. 4、Qualification of the Suppliers
The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy., and be capable of undertaking the project and performing the contract independently.
The supplier shall have the construction or maintenance performance of power transmission and distribution project in the recent five years
Consortium is not accepted for this project.
