LMLECC Holds Liaison Officers’ Meeting for Joint Operation "Safe Lancang-Mekong 2026"

8月14日上午，澜湄执法合作中心举行“平安澜湄2026”联合行动联络员工作会议。翁赛·潘塔翁副秘书长出席会议并讲话。On the morning of August 14, the Lancang-Mekong Integrated Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation Center (LMLECC) convened the Liaison Officers’ Meeting for Joint Operation "Safe Lancang-Mekong 2026". Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Vongxay PHANTHAVONG attended the meeting and delivered remarks.翁赛副秘书长充分肯定联络员的工作，并对下一阶段工作作出部署：一是加大区域执法动态监测力度，深化犯罪形势分析与情报预警研判；二是密切与行动各方沟通协调，精准对接实际需求，抓好中心各项行动支持与保障措施落实；三是健全常态化数据报送机制，做实做细季度行动数据汇总、战果梳理及成效评估，为深化澜湄区域执法安全合作提供坚实支撑。Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Vongxay PHANTHAVONG fully commended the work of the Liaison Officers and outlined arrangements for the next phase of work: First, intensify regional law enforcement monitoring, and deepen crime trend analysis and intelligence early-warning assessments; Second, maintain close communication and coordination with all operational parties, accurately align with actual needs, and effectively implement LMLECC's operational support and guarantee measures; Third, improve regularized data reporting mechanisms, meticulously carry out quarterly operational data compilation, operational results summarization, and effectiveness evaluations, thereby providing solid support for deepening Lancang-Mekong regional law enforcement and security cooperation.
