LMLECC Visits 360 Digital Security Group and ASEAN-China Centre

10月10日，澜湄执法合作中心尤小文秘书长、王钢副秘书长等赴北京，访问360集团和中国—东盟中心。On October 10, a delegation from the Lancang-Mekong Integrated Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation Center (LMLECC), led by Secretary-General Mr. You Xiaowen and Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Wang Gang, conducted exchange visits to 360 Digital Security Group and the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) in Beijing.在360集团，尤小文秘书长一行与集团副总裁郭亮等技术专家举行座谈。双方围绕网络安全技术、跨国犯罪情报信息共享、AI赋能业务工作等议题深入交流，探讨发挥企业技术优势、助力澜湄国家打击治理新型网络犯罪活动等突出跨国犯罪，并就下一步深化务实合作达成积极意向。At 360 Digital Security Group, Secretary-General Mr. You Xiaowen and his delegation held talks with Vice President Mr. Guo Liang and relevant technical experts. The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange of views on issues including cybersecurity technologies, intelligence and information sharing on transnational crimes, and AI-enabled operational workflows. Discussions focused on leveraging 360's technological strengths to assist Lancang-Mekong countries in cracking down on and managing prominent transnational crimes such as emerging cybercrimes. The two sides reached a positive consensus on deepening practical cooperation in the next phase.在中国—东盟中心，尤小文秘书长一行同张利忠秘书长等座谈交流。双方分享了国际组织运营管理、机制建设和项目运作等方面的经验做法，围绕加强组织间交流互鉴、探讨开展互利合作深入交换意见。At the ASEAN-China Centre, Secretary-General Mr. You Xiaowen and his delegation held a working meeting with ACC Secretary-General Mr. Zhang Lizhong. Both sides shared experiences and best practices in international organization operation and governance, institutional capacity building, and project implementation, and held an in-depth exchange of views on enhancing inter-agency mutual learning and exploring mutually beneficial collaboration.
