Recently, the executive team of Hong Kong Fushan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. — a subsidiary of NOVVA GROUP — attended and witnessed the official signing ceremony of the Project Development Agreement (PDA) for the 500MW wind power project in Savannakhet, Laos. The PDA was issued by the Lao Ministry of Planning and Investment to Wang Group of Laos.

香港拂山是王氏集团在老挝南部沙湾拿吉项目的合作伙伴，在万象设有办公室，并已组织中电建等专业机构帮助王氏集团对沙湾拿吉项目完成预可研报告工作。按双方约定，双方将在规定期限内完成各项开发准备工作。
Fushan Energy serves as Wang Group’s strategic partner on the Savannakhet project in southern Laos. The company has established an office in Vientiane and organized leading technical institutions, including PowerChina, to assist Wang Group in completing the project's pre-feasibility study.
In accordance with the agreement between the two parties, all preparatory development work is scheduled to be completed within the agreed timeline.
