老挝南塔河1号电力有限公司拟开展老挝南塔河1号水电站电厂营地与厂房建筑设施修缮施工项目公开询价采购，现欢迎符合资格条件的供应商参加并递交报价。Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limited intends to implement the Buildings and Facilities of Camp and Power Plant Repairing Project of Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station by way of public inquiry, thereby we invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement and submit quotation.

三、采购范围与要求Scope and Requirements of Procurement根据要求完成老挝南塔河1号水电站营地及厂房建筑设施修缮施工等工作，主要包括：1）电厂营地区域：包括但不限于营区内各房屋建筑内墙面装修层受污或剥落部位重新修涂刷墙漆，老化或破损的排水管、落水管换新，已损坏的房间门换新，各楼层楼板渗水处理、卫生间排气扇、吊顶处理等；2）厂房区域：包括损坏的门换新，渗水处理、已破坏的窗户玻璃换新，雨篷换新等。采购项目更多信息见采购文件。According to the requirements, the main scope of work for the renovation and construction of facilities at the Nam Tha 1 Hydropower Station includes:1）Power Plant Camp Area: This involves but is not limited to the refurbishment ofinterior walls in various buildings within the camp area where the paint is stained or peeling. The work includes reapplying paint to these areas. Additionally, aging or damaged drainage pipes and downspouts will be replaced, and any rooms with damaged doors will have new doors installed. Measures will be taken to address water seepage issues on different floors, and improvements will be made to the ventilation fans and ceilings in the bathrooms.2）Plant Building Area: This includes replacing damaged doors, addressing water seepage issues, and installing new glass for windows that have been broken. Furthermore, damaged canopies will be replaced. Details of the project please find in the procurement documents.
四、供应商资格要求Qualification of the Suppliers1）供应商具有老挝民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态；具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy. and be capable of undertaking the project and performing the contract independently.2）供应商近三年内（2020年7月~2023年7月）具有土建工程或房屋建筑施工业绩。The supplier has the similar construction project experience of civil work or construction in recent three years (from July 2020 to July 2023) .3）单位负责人为同一个人的多个单位或控股与被控股单位，或管理与被管理单位不得同时参加投标。Multiple companies with the same person in charge or the holding and controlled companies or the management and managed companies shall not participate in the bidding at the same time.
