Nam Tha 1 Lao Power Company Limitedintends to implement Employee Work Permit Processing Service by way of public inquiry, thereby we invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement and submit quotation.

三采购范围与要求Scope and Requirements of Procurement
供应商负责为老挝南塔河公司员工办理工作证件，主要为护照签证、暂住证、工作证、驾驶证，服务限期为3年，从合同签订之日起计。具体详见采购文件。
The supplier is responsible for obtaining Lao work documents for employees of Nam Tha 1 Company, mainly including visa, stay permits, work permits, and driver's licenses. The service period is 3 years from the date of contract signing.

四供应商资格要求Qualification of the Suppliers1）供应商具有老挝人民民主共和国境内注册的独立法人资格，没有处于被责令停业、财务被接管、冻结、破产状态；具有独立承担本项目的能力和独立履行合同的能力。The supplier must be an independent legal entity registered in the Lao People's Democratic Republic, free of suspension orders, financial takeover, freeze or bankruptcy and be capable of undertaking the project and performing the contract independently.2）供应商近三年内具有企业代办工作证服务的业绩和经验。The supplier has achieved performance and experience in providing work permit services on behalf of enterprises in recent three years.
