柬埔寨全国查处24起毒品犯罪案件抓获78人

8月18日，柬埔寨执法部门在全国查处24起毒品犯罪案件，抓获78名涉案人员。其中，毒品贩运案件4起、涉及16人，运输、储存案件13起、涉及33人，吸食毒品案件7起、29人。执法人员共查获冰毒约0.599公斤、氯胺酮约0.063公斤及摇头丸约0.278公斤。

Cambodia Cracks Down on 24 Drug-Related Cases, Arrests 78 Suspects

On August 18, Cambodian law enforcement authorities cracked down on 24 drug-related cases nationwide, arresting 78 suspects. The cases included 4 drug trafficking cases involving 16 suspects, 13 drug transportation and storage cases involving 33 suspects, and 7 drug use cases involving 29 suspects. Officers seized approximately 0.599 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine (Ice), 0.063 kilograms of ketamine, and 0.278 kilograms of ecstasy (MDMA).

上海检察机关对跨境人口贩卖集团17人提起公诉

近日，上海市人民检察院第二分院对盘踞缅甸妙瓦底地区的一个跨境人口贩卖集团17名成员以涉嫌拐卖妇女罪、非法拘禁罪、抢劫罪、绑架罪等提起公诉。

经查，该集团成员以出卖人口为目的，以出国务工为诱饵，诱骗中国境内公民王某等被害人至境外，依托武装人员强行押送至缅甸妙瓦底地区，并对众多被害人实施抢劫、殴打、非法拘禁，对其中部分女性被害人实施奸淫和强迫卖淫，并转卖至缅甸电诈园区从事电诈活动。

Shanghai Prosecutors Indict 17 Members of Cross-Border Human Trafficking Ring

Recently, the Second Branch of the Shanghai People's Procuratorate indicted 17 members of a cross-border human trafficking ring entrenched in Myanmar's Myawaddy region on charges of trafficking in women, unlawful detention, robbery, kidnapping, and other crimes.

Investigations revealed that members of the group, with the intent to traffic people, lured victims including Wang and other Chinese citizens abroad under the pretext of working abroad. They used armed personnel to forcibly escort them to Myanmar's Myawaddy region, committed robbery, assault, and illegal detention of many victims, raped some female victims and forced them into prostitution, and resold them to Myanmar's telecom fraud zones to engage in fraud activities.

老挝查获30余公斤疑似珍稀野生动物制品

8月18日，老挝野生动物和森林执法网络联合相关部门在万象市占塔布里县西沙瓦村查处一起涉嫌非法交易、持有珍稀野生动物制品案件，控制多名中国籍嫌疑人。

行动现场查获疑似犀牛角、象牙雕刻品、干象皮、穿山甲鳞片及粉末、动物胆、熊胆粉、野生动物牙齿、动物骨雕等38类物品，总重超30公斤。另发现一批疑似含野生动物成分的草药及相关加工设备。

Laos Seizes More Than 30 Kilograms of Suspected Protected Wildlife Products

On August 18, the Lao Wildlife and Forest Law Enforcement Network (LAO-WEN), working with other relevant authorities, investigated a case involving the suspected illegal trade and possession of protected wildlife products in Sisavat Village, Chanthabouly District, Vientiane. Officers detained several Chinese nationals.

During the operation, authorities seized 38 types of suspected wildlife products weighing more than 30 kilograms in total, including items resembling rhinoceros horn, carved ivory, dried elephant skin, pangolin scales and powder, animal gallbladders, bear bile powder, wildlife teeth and carved animal bones. They also found herbal products suspected of containing wildlife-derived ingredients, along with related processing equipment.

缅甸警方查获逾2400万片兴奋剂药片价值逾362亿缅元

8月12日下午2时，缅甸警方在马圭省敏拉镇的Thayet-Minhla公路开展搜查行动。警方搜查了2辆汽车，并查获975万片兴奋剂药片。8月13日，警方分别在Nawnghkio镇、Maha Aungmye镇、Pyigyitagon镇和Chanmyathazi镇抓获了4名涉嫌参与运输上述兴奋剂药片的嫌疑人，同时查获2辆涉案车辆。当日下午5时30分，执法人员进一步在Pyigyitagon镇查获4辆汽车和1440万片兴奋剂药片。

8月14日，在仰光-曼德勒高速公路115英里收费站，警方抓获了2名涉嫌从掸邦万海向马圭省敏东镇运输和贩卖兴奋剂药片的嫌疑人，同时查获1辆汽车。8月15日，警方在Mingalar Taungnyunt镇抓获了另1名嫌疑人。至此，共查获2415万片兴奋剂药片，价值约362.25亿缅元（折合约1702.6万美元）。

据调查，上述兴奋剂片的卖方来自掸邦凯西镇万海村，主要卖家将毒品贩运至敏东镇，再进一步运往若开邦。

Myanmar Police Seize Over 24 Million Stimulant Tablets Worth 36.2 Billion Kyat

Myanmar police conducted a search at 2:00 PM on August 12 along the Thayet- Minhla Road in Minhla Township, Magway Region. Law enforcement authorities searched 2 vehicles, seizing 9.75 million stimulant tablets. On August 13, 4 suspects involved in transporting the seized stimulant tablets were arrested respectively in Nawnghkio Township, Maha Aungmye Township, Pyigyitagon Township and Chanmyathazi Township, along with 2 vehicles. At 5:30 PM on the same day, law enforcement authorities further seized an additional 14.4 million stimulant tablets from 4 vehicles in Pyigyitagon Township.

On August 14, 2 suspects who transported and trafficked the stimulant tablets from Wan Hai in Shan State to Mindon in Magway Region, were arrested along with a vehicle at the 115-Mile Toll Gate on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway. Furthermore, on August 15, another suspect was arrested in Mingalar Taungnyunt Township. As a result, a total of 24.15 million stimulant tablets worth 36.225 billion Kyat (approximately 17.026 million USD) were uncovered and seized.

According to the investigation results, the individual who sold the seized stimulant tablets was from Wan Hai, Kyethi Township. The primary buyers trafficked the drugs to Mindon Township. The drugs received in Mindon were further transported to Rakhine State.

泰国清莱湄公河沿岸查获约1000万粒冰毒丸

Around 10 Million Methamphetamine Pills Seized Along Mekong River in Chiang Rai, Thailand

On August 19, officers of Thailand’s Mekong Riverine Security Unit carried out patrols along the Mekong riverbank in Chiang Saen District and spotted ten suspects unloading drugs from a boat onto the shore. Taking advantage of darkness and heavy rain, the suspects fled into corn fields and escaped by boat. Officers seized 34 black plastic sacks containing an estimated 10 million methamphetamine pills at the scene.

泰国多名受害者遭受宝可梦卡牌交易诈骗损失超500万泰铢

Multiple Victims Fell into Pokémon Card Trading Scam in Thailand, Suffer Losses Over 5 Million Baht

On August 19, multiple victims reported to the Economic Crime Suppression Division over a Pokémon collectible card trading scam. The suspect delivered goods normally in early transactions and generated small gains for victims to gain their trust. For subsequent large value orders, the suspect refused to make deliveries, fabricated excuses about transportation and customs detention for delay, and later cut off contact by closing social media accounts. Around 20 victims including teenagers incurred total losses exceeding 5?million baht (approximately 152,000 USD). The fraud also involved other types of collectible cards.

越南安江警方破获跨境社交网络诈骗团伙

8月19日，越南安江省警方通报，破获一个跨境社交网络诈骗团伙，拘留4名嫌疑人。该团伙用Facebook虚假订房页骗取订金，再用多个银行账户和虚拟货币平台洗钱，2025年12月以来账户流水约8000亿越南盾（折合约3100万美元）。其中1名受害者被诱导转账6次，受骗逾6.37亿越南盾（折合约24300美元）。

An Giang, Vietnam Police Dismantle Cross-Border Social Media Fraud Ring

On August 19, police in An Giang Province announced the dismantling of a cross-border social media fraud ring and the criminal detention of 4 suspects. The group ran a fake Facebook page for resort apartment bookings to collect deposits and laundered the proceeds through multiple bank accounts and cryptocurrency platforms, with related account flows estimated at about 800 billion VND (approximately 30.6 million USD) since December 2025. 1 victim was induced to make 6 transfers and lost over 637 million VND (approximately 24,300 USD).

Indonesian Authorities Seize 2.6 Tons of Liquid Methamphetamine, Arrest 10 Suspects

On August 17, Indonesian law enforcement authorities received intelligence that a vessel departing from Sarawak, Malaysia, and sailing toward Indonesia via the Andaman Sea might be carrying drugs. The authorities subsequently intercepted a Tanzanian-flagged vessel in waters near Bengkalis, Riau Province, seizing 2.6 tons of liquid methamphetamine from 8 water barrels and a water tank on board, and arresting 10 Myanmar crew members. In addition, sniffer dogs used by the authorities seized more than 1.5 million illegal cigarettes on board.
